Hoopers Court
Privacy Policy
The short version. Hoopers Court has no accounts and no sign-in. Your season, coins, gear and settings are stored on your own device. We run no analytics, no advertising network and no tracking. The only personal data that leaves your device relates to in-app purchases in the mobile apps, which Apple, Google and RevenueCat process.
What the game stores on your device
Your progress (chosen club, season, match history, coins, coaches, gear, power-ups and settings such as sound and camera) is saved in your browser's or the app's local storage under the key hoopers-court:save:v1. It never leaves the device and we cannot see it.
To delete it, open Settings in the game and choose Reset progress, or clear the site data in your browser, or uninstall the app. There is no server copy to delete because none exists.
Accounts
The game does not create accounts, ask for your name or email, or collect contact details. Because there is no account, there is nothing to delete beyond the local save described above.
In-app purchases (iOS and Android apps only)
The mobile apps offer optional one-time purchases of cosmetic and gameplay gear. Payments are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. We never see your payment details.
To validate purchases and let you restore them on another device, the apps use the RevenueCat SDK. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier generated on your device, your purchase and subscription status, the store receipt or purchase token, and basic device and app information (platform, app version, country and locale). RevenueCat uses this to confirm entitlements and process restores. See the RevenueCat privacy policy. The web version of the game has no purchases.
Hosting and fonts
The game is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the game and protect it from abuse. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
The interface typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When they are fetched, Google receives your IP address and browser details. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
What we do not do
- No analytics or crash reporting SDKs.
- No advertising networks and no ad identifiers. The commercial breaks between quarters are promos for the game's own modes and gear.
- No location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo access.
- No sale or sharing of personal data.
Roster data
Player and club names in the game are fictional. Ratings are derived from public season statistics and listed measurements. None of this concerns you as a player and none of it is personal data about you.
Children
The game is suitable for general audiences and collects no personal data from anyone, including children. Purchases in the mobile apps require the parental controls and confirmations of the Apple or Google account being used.
Changes
If the game starts doing something new with data, this page will change and the effective date above will move. The current version is always at hoopers-court.pages.dev/privacy.
